We believe the objects in a room are never neutral. A badly proportioned cabinet makes music feel smaller. A surface that catches light incorrectly distracts from what is playing.
Forma objects are designed from the inside out — around cables, equipment dimensions, acoustic breathing room — so that the final form earns its silence.

We are four people. A furniture maker, an acoustician, a graphic designer, and someone who has too many records. We started Forma because the furniture for hi-fi systems was either invisible and cheap, or loud and ugly.
We believe the objects around a stereo system shape how music feels in a room. We design for that.
